Der solid-liquid dehydrator is the first step to reduce the moisture content of chicken manure before composting. We equipped the customer with a spiral dehydrator. It efficiently separates liquid from solids, keeping the moisture below 60%. This preparation step improves the mixing efficiency between chicken manure and phosphate rock powder.

Nach Dehydration, we advised the customer to use a single-shaft mixer. This can blend the semi-dry chicken manure with phosphate rock powder evenly. Consistent mixing ensures uniform nutrient distribution. Gleichzeitig, it also helps activate phosphorus during fermentation.

For the Mexican client’s confined feeding operation, we recommend SXCF-4000 groove-type compost turner.
