An solid-liquid dehydrator is the first step to reduce the moisture content of chicken manure before composting. We equipped the customer with a spiral dehydrator. It efficiently separates liquid from solids, keeping the moisture below 60%. This preparation step improves the mixing efficiency between chicken manure and phosphate rock powder.

Even bacterial distribution helps improve phosphorus conversion efficiency and promotes the formation of stable bio organic phosphate fertilizer. The system can also monitor and control fermentation temperature automatically.
