The main raw materials are fresh chicken manure, bubuk batu fosfat, Bakteri pelarut fosfat, dan sejumlah kecil elemen jejak. The Morocco customer runs a chicken farm and produces a large amount of manure daily. To increase fertilizer value, he plans to mix chicken manure with imported phosphate rock powder to make bio organic phosphate fertilizer. Based on the needs of this Moroccan customer, we provided the following bio organic phosphate fertilizer production equipment:

Itu solid-liquid dehydrator is the first step to reduce the moisture content of chicken manure before composting. We equipped the customer with a spiral dehydrator. It efficiently separates liquid from solids, keeping the moisture below 60%. This preparation step improves the mixing efficiency between chicken manure and phosphate rock powder.

Setelah dehidrasi, we advised the customer to use a single-shaft mixer. This can blend the semi-dry chicken manure with phosphate rock powder evenly. Consistent mixing ensures uniform nutrient distribution. Pada saat yang sama, it also helps activate phosphorus during fermentation.

For the Mexican client’s confined feeding operation, we recommend SXCF-4000 groove-type compost turner. Which is suitable for a 4 t/h bio organic phosphorus fertilizer production line.  It provides full aeration during chicken manure fermentation. It turns and crushes the material, promoting microbial activity and phosphate mineralization.

Once composting is complete, the SXGS-1240 drum screener removes large impurities and unfermented materials. This ensures fine and consistent compost particles, improving granulation quality.  It also helps recycle unqualified particles back to the composting stage.

Kemudian, the customer from Mexico want to make 4mm round pellets from compost materials. We recommend the SXYZ-3600 Granulator Disc. It provides adjustable disc angle and spraying system to control granule size precisely. The final phosphate bio-organic fertilizer granules are uniform, with good strength.

After granulating, we provide the drying and cooling system. This step enhances storage stability, prevents caking, and keeps the nutrients active.

Akhirnya, the coating machine is the key equipment for 4 TPH phosphate-based bio organic fertilizers making. It applies a protective layer to the fertilizer granules. This coating improves microbial survival, enhances fertilizer efficiency, and prevents moisture absorption during storage.

This device allows uniform addition of phosphate-solubilizing bacteria during the composting process. Even bacterial distribution helps improve phosphorus conversion efficiency and promotes the formation of stable bio organic phosphate fertilizer. The system can also monitor and control fermentation temperature automatically. Setelah sekitar 15–20 days of aerobic fermentation, the chicken manure compost becomes stable, odor-free, and rich in active microorganisms. Jadi, it is beneficial for the following granulation process.
