To meet the growing demand for organic biofertilizers in Korea, a local cattle farm invested in a 10 T/h cow dung compost biofertilizer production line. Choosing the Right Composting Method for Cow Dung in Korea

The Korean customer planned to convert cow dung into high-quality compost biofertilizer. After evaluating the site conditions, climate, and expected output, YUSHUNXIN recommended the windrow composting method as the most suitable solution. This method works well for large volumes of cow manure and offers stable fermentation, easy operation, and lower investment costs. To further improve the market competitiveness of cow dung compost biofertilizer, YUSHUNXIN recommended several key post-composting machines for the Korean project. These machines help enhance product quality, consistency, and commercial value.

Compost grindering machine:

Fresh cow dung compost often contains large lumps. Direct application may cause root burn and uneven nutrient release. Todėl, we equipped the line with the SXFLF-800 vertical compost crusher. This machine quickly breaks hardened compost blocks into fine, uniform material. It can improve biofertilizer quality and downstream processing efficiency.

Drum screener:

To remove weeds, akmenys, and oversized impurities, we selected the SXGS-1560 rotary drum screening machine based on the customer’s output. It efficiently screens out particles larger than 4 mm and keeps clean compost powder. Its self-cleaning design also prevents screen blockage and ensures continuous operation.

The Korean client also planned to add Bacillus subtilis to upgrade the biofertilizer. For this purpose, we supplied the SXWJ-1630 horizontal mixer. It completes uniform mixing within 10 minutes and protects microbial activity during blending.

Single Bucket Automatic Packing Scale

Pagaliau, a single-bucket powder packing machine packs the finished compost into 30 kg bags with accurate weighing and labeling. This step simplifies storage and transportation while increasing product value in the bio fertilizer market.

One-Stop Solution for a 5 T/H Cow Manure Compost Biofertilizer Production Line in Korea

As an experienced biofertilizer equipment manufacturer, Yushunxin provided a complete one-stop solution for the Korean customer’s 10 T/H cow manure compost biofertilizer production line. It covers equipment selection, design, manufacturing, and installation.

  • 2025/5/31, the Korean customer sent an inquiry through our website. He shared details about cow manure output, compost requirements, and target capacity.
  • 2025/6/1-6/7, our technical team answered all questions, recommended suitable machines, and supplied 3D layout drawings and production line demonstration videos to help the customer visualize the project.
  • 2025/6/8-6/10, we adjusted the project based on site conditions and finalized customized equipment drawings.
  • 2025/6/11, the customer confirmed the solution, signed the contract, and paid the deposit. Production started immediately in our own factory.
  • 2025/6/12-6/30, all equipment was completed, tested, and packed. After the balance payment, we confirmed the shipping plan.
  • The 10 TPH cow manure biofertilizer production line arrived in Korea on July 9. With remote guidance from YUSHUNXIN engineers, the customer completed installation and commissioning within three days.
