The customer from Tanzania requested a commercial-scale liquid biofertilizer plant with high monthly output. Here are the specific requirements:

To achieve the customer’s target of 1.5 million liters of liquid biofertilizer per month, we engineered a dedicated fermentation system consisting of five large-scale stainless steel tanks. At the same time, we equipped each tank with automated temperature regulation, pH monitoring, and intelligent agitation controls. This can ensure optimal conditions for microbial growth and nutrient synthesis. Moreover, these fermentation tanks are not generic; We customized them according to the client’s process cycle, microbial strains, and climate considerations in Tanzania.  Designed for continuous, industrial-scale (150 L/M) bio liquid fertilizer production, the tanks allow uninterrupted operation and easy access for maintenance and future capacity upgrades.

Except for the 5 fermentation pots, we also provided the other rest equipment the liquid biofertilizer production line to match the client’s throughput expectations. The full set included: raw material preparation tanks, dosing and microbial injection systems, sterile filtration and pH adjustment units, stainless steel storage vessels, liquid packaging machines (suitable for 500ml–20L formats). All equipment is made of 304 stainless steel, which is highly corrosion resistant.
