October 15, 2024, we receive the Vietnamese customer’s inquiry about the roller press granulator used in making chicken manure organic biofertilizer. He wants to use the roller extrusion granulator to make bio fertilizer from the manure of 200,000 broilers. After calculation, the output of bio organic fertilizer is 3 tons per hour. Finally, we provide two SXDG-1.5T roller compactor granulators for them. After 30 working days, the customer received these machine. The Vietnamese customer runs a poultry farm with 200,000 broiler chickens and wanted to know how much bio organic fertilizer could be produced from their manure. Since chicken manure is a common raw material for organic biofertilizer production, we provided a calculation: each adult chicken produces approximately 0.15 kg of manure daily. This means the farm generates around 30 tons of fresh manure per day. Considering the client’s 10-hour work schedule, we recommended a 3 tons per hour chicken manure biofertilizer production line to meet their daily processing needs.

The customer from Vietnam was searching for a cost-effective granulation machine to produce chicken manure biofertilizer pellets. He requires reducing production costs while ensuring efficient pelletizing.

After understanding his needs, we recommended the double roller press granulator–A dry granulation machine that eliminates the need for additional drying and cooling—significantly lowering both equipment and operational expenses. Moreover, the customer already had a chicken manure composting system. After composting, the material’s moisture content was between 8–13%, which perfectly meets the dry granulation requirements. To reach a 3 tons/hour output, we configured two SXDG-1.5T roller press granulators, which can continuously produce pellets in various shapes through mechanical roller extrusion.

By customizing the roller mold, you can get granules ranging from 3mm to 10mm by it. The Vietnamese customer requested 4mm flat-round chicken manure biological fertilizer pellets. To meet this need, we designed roller grooves with a diameter of 4.8mm—accounting for material rebound after extrusion. At the same time, we used 20GrMoTi alloy for the roller sheet, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and long-term durability.
