On March 3, 2025, we received an inquiry from a Moroccan customer. He was looking for a 4t/h bio organic phosphate fertilizer production equipment. The main raw materials are fresh chicken manure, phosphate rock powder, phosphate-solubilizing bacteria, and a small amount of trace elements. After communication, we provided him with a 4tons/hour bio organic phosphate fertilizer production line at a favorable price. Below are the details of our communication.

The Morocco customer runs a chicken farm and produces a large amount of manure daily. To increase fertilizer value, he plans to mix chicken manure with imported phosphate rock powder to make bio organic phosphate fertilizer. On the basis of chicken manure input, we recommended a 4 TPH bio organic phosphate fertilizer production line for him. YUSHUNXIN engineers helped him select suitable equipment and layout according to the manure moisture and phosphate rock size. The solution successfully turned waste into a high-phosphorus organic fertilizer with stable quality.

In this 4 TPH bio organic phosphate fertilizer project, we customized a spraying system on the groove-type compost turner for the customer. This device allows uniform addition of phosphate-solubilizing bacteria during the composting process. Even bacterial distribution helps improve phosphorus conversion efficiency and promotes the formation of stable bio organic phosphate fertilizer. The system can also monitor and control fermentation temperature automatically. After about 15–20 days of aerobic fermentation, the chicken manure compost becomes stable, odor-free, and rich in active microorganisms. So, it is beneficial for the following granulation process.
