The customer from Morocco tell us his material is dry chicken manure powder, phosphate rock. Is there a suitable crushing machine for phosphate rock grindering. Of course, the Raymond mill is a good choice. The machine offer you limestone powder with 80-1000 mesh in a short time. However, the phosphate rock you prepare for bio organic phosphate fertilize fertilizer making are over 30 mm, it is advisable to add a jaw crusher before feeding in Raymond mill.

The crushed phosphate rock also needs to undergo acidification and secondary aging. After milling phosphate rock, you can use screw conveyor to send to the stainless steel mixer. At the same time, the sulfuric acid or nitric acid from stainless steel storage tanks is also injected into the mixer. The stirred material will be acidified in the acidification tank. After a while, You can transport the the acidified material to the secondary aging area through the hopper for aging.
