How to Add Biological Strains in Cow Dung Fertilizer Production?
The customer from Lebanon plans to add microbial strains—such as Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus licheniformis—to enhance the quality of the cow dung biofertilizer. There are two ideal stages for adding biofertilizer agents during production.
First, you can add the microbes during the composting process. This not only shortens the fermentation cycle but also improves the overall compost quality. To support this, We can customize the water-spraying system on the crawler type compost turner to ensure even distribution of biological agents.
- Second, microbial strains can also be added before granulation. At this stage, we offer a fertilizer-coated tank, which can add powdered agents. This maintains the viability of the microbial agent.
