Horse manure dewatering machine
For the solid-liquid separation of fresh horse waste, we recommended a screw press dewatering machine. Because it handles fibrous horse manure much better than rotary or inclined screen separators. Its strong squeezing force reduces moisture to about 15%. It can also ensure the protection of the organic matter.

Crushing for Anaerobic fermentation
After separation, the manure entered the new type vertical crusher. Horse manure typically contains fibers and bedding materials, so a standard crusher cannot deliver consistent size reduction. Our vertical crusher breaks these fibers effectively and prepares the material for fermentation.
For composting, we recommended a groove-type compost turner. Because this machine matches the customer’s fermentation site. Meanwhile, it can mix oxygen evenly into the manure, speeding up microbial activity. With the Turner, the customer could achieve stable compost within 15 days.
Horse manure compost pelletizing–10-12mm Porous Pellets
For granulation, we advised using a customized disc granulator. Because compared with high-pressure pellet mills, the disc granulator forms pellets through rolling, not hard compression. This method can keep the structure loose and ensure fast decomposition. At the same time, by adjusting the disc angle and water distribution, we gave the customer full control over pellet diameter. The final product met his expectations: consistent 6–8 mm pellets with high organic activity and rapid breakdown characteristics.
Drying, Cooling, Screening, and Automatic Packaging
To bring the final moisture down and stabilize pellet hardness, we also equip a three-pass rotary dryer and a cooling system for the French plant. This drying method protects organic content because it uses indirect heat and maintains stable temperature control. Then, the finished horse waste biofertilizer pellets pass through a packaging unit. The machine completes weighing and filling automatically and helps the customer run the plant efficiently with fewer workers.
